1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Netwatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.
2. Description of Service
Netwatch is a self-hosted network monitoring solution. CoreOutpost does not host, process, transmit, or retain any network data generated through your use of the Software.
3. License Grant and Restrictions
CoreOutpost grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software for personal or internal business use. You may not reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or use the Software to monitor networks without authorization.
4. Authorized Use
The Software is for use only on networks you own or have explicit written authorization to monitor. Unauthorized network monitoring may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COREOUTPOST EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. Limitation of Liability
COREOUTPOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.00.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
