1. Overview
Netwatch is a self-hosted application. All network monitoring data is stored exclusively on your own hardware. CoreOutpost has no visibility into your network, devices, or monitoring activity.
2. What We Do Not Collect
CoreOutpost does not collect device names, IP addresses, MAC addresses, network data, usage telemetry, crash reports, or any information from your Netwatch installation.
3. What Stays on Your Hardware
IP addresses, device names, MAC addresses, device types, latency data, and dashboard preferences are all stored locally on your own infrastructure and never transmitted to CoreOutpost.
4. Support Communications
When you contact us at netwatch@coreoutpost.com we receive your email address and message content, used solely to respond to your inquiry.
5. The Only CoreOutpost Touchpoint
The only time the Netwatch app contacts CoreOutpost servers is an anonymous version check request to see if an update is available. No user data is included in this request.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact us at netwatch@coreoutpost.com. We respond within 30 days.
