Is Netwatch really free?
Yes — the Free tier is free forever. No credit card, no trial period, no catch. You get full device monitoring on one location with no expiry.
Does Netwatch collect any of my network data?
No. Netwatch is fully self-hosted — all your network data stays on your own hardware. CoreOutpost has zero visibility into your devices, IP addresses or network activity. The only external contact is an anonymous version check to see if an update is available.
How do license keys work?
After purchase you receive a license key that you enter in the Netwatch Settings panel. The key is validated locally on your machine — no internet connection required for validation. Your tier unlocks immediately.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes — you can switch at any time. Switching to annual gives you up to 31% off compared to monthly billing.
What happens when my license expires?
Your account reverts to the Free tier limits — 1 location and 1 user. Your data and settings are preserved. You can renew at any time to restore full access.
When will Pro and Business be available?
Pro and Business tiers are currently in development and will launch after v1.0. Contact us at netwatch@coreoutpost.com to be notified when they go live.
